there is a 15 or 20 amp fuse behind the control panel. turn power off at breaker, remove control pand the fuse will either be round and the size of a quarter, screwed in or will be about an inch long and cliped into place

I have the same problem. I've just replaced the membrane touch pad for the 4th time. This time, the lower oven works but the upper oven indicates an F4 error.
