Question about SanDisk Sansa m250 MP3 Player
I have bought sansa M250 Mp3 player some 10 months before. I have loaded the player with Mp3 songs from my desktop PC which is having WinXp OS. Now i have a bought a HP Laptop which is having Vista, but when I connect my Mp3 player to my laptop it detects the player, but the Mp3 songs in that player are not visible only record folder is visible.I have check the properties of memory usage and it showing me it is been used. Please let me know if any setting or driver need to be installed to make the Mp3 songs visible.
My sansa M250 had the same problem, I tried everything including the above, but it didn't work. In the end I re-formated the sansa from windows XP, and it seems back to normal.

Go to the menu in you mp3 player. In the menu, under settings, make sure that "advanced" is set to off. Then it should show that the USB is MSC, not MTP, and you should be able to view your songs when you hook back up to the computer.
