Transcend T.Sonic 610 Formatting Problem

When I connect my T.Sonic to the computer through a Mini-USB cable I get a message in my computer that the device is not recognised and then when I try to open it I get the "Format to Open" message but I am unable to format it even after many tries. Tried resetting the player and everything but still the player is not formatting and not being recognised by the computer.

Hello Sir

#1
Insert your ( memory card , flash disk , cellphone , .... ) into your computer.
#2
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
#3
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
#4
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
#5
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
#6
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

Power On Issue!!!!

Make sure you are using the original USB cable that came with the device, or one that is stronger. If that checks out, then:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
