Could you please show me where this is, and how to replace it?

My fridge is not as cold as it iused to be, both the freezer and the fridge.

- Thanks for your advice, But it is now in defrost mode, not in freezer mode, so it's not cold. If I turned off for a few hours then turn back on, it will probably stay in defrost mode.

if you couldn't find a defrost timer then just unplug it or switch it off until all the frost (ice) melts!
