Here is a link to the manual:ftp://ftp.digitech.com/pub/PDFs/Manuals/RP1000/RP1000%20manual%2018-0597-A.pdf It is highly unlikely that you will find a schematic unless you know a service tech for a music store that deals Digitech. Also you will need some specialized tools. Here is their contact info:http://www.digitech.com/dealers/service_lookup.php If you are a tech you can always contact them.
I'm not familiar with the circuit enough to go to specifics but what I'll say is that there is a capacitor at the banded end of these diodes. These diodes are configured as a hald regulator. To continue regulation an electrolytic capacitor if used. That too has probably shorted. There could be a dropping resistor also, normally it would have a very high value. Good luck
Centrex line are offered by the phone company. Have someone within your company, with authority, to call the sales team of the phone company and have the password of the voice mailbox of that line reset.
I don't if this matters for Windows Mobile or not but there is no driver listed for it based on the website:
http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/drivers_downloads/drivers/results.html?productType=7 The problem is that Zebra printers use a PCL language to print with. Forms have to be programmedinto the computer being used. Then they are downloaded into the application you are printing with. These printers are designed for label and invoice use. The applications designed for them send thedata over. They use them for delivery services to print with. I know bakery trucks use these in the vehicle. There not designed for straight text printing. If you have ever seen label printers that they use for shipping out Fed Ex and UPS, that's what this printer does. If you go to this link here you can get an idea as to how they are programmed: http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/resource_library/manuals.html If you have any questions about programming forms for them, let me know. I had to go to a special school in Atlanta several years ago to learn how to do that.
Go to this link. Select Windows XP in the Select OS box. Download the driver and follow instructions to install the driver. Do not connect or turn on the printer until the installation program tells you to do so.
