My Canon S900 will not turn on

My Canon S900 will not turn on. I have checked that it is plugged in, it is connected to a power board which has 3 other appliances running fine. I have pressed the power button numerous times with absolutely no response. What could fix this?

If you can remove the printhead and try to power up, it may just be a bad printhead. It will power up without the printhead then you just need the new printhead, QY6-0039-000 around $60.00
