It's not a security code matter - you need an unlock code, which can only be obtained through your service provider or if you look online you can find several places you can call (although they are expensive)
Honestly? It'd be better to phone your network provider and get the code off them.

I assume you are talking about your SIM Security code: if your forgot your SIM lock code, then you need to get a Provider UnlocK code or PUK CODE which normally is provided with your SIM card: you can also contact your SIM Mobile provider Help desk and ask them for this unique SIM PUK code.
Hope it helps.
When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :- This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone. They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone. Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in this phone or sign up with another phone provider using this phone.
SIM pin code: This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code: Pin Unlock Code (PUK) If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled. Phone Security Code: This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code: Master Reset Code Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times. Which is the one that you want? The default security code for Nokia is 12345
