My chopper stopped running and I noticed the rubber in the base was worn out, can I get a replacement or do I need to get a complete base?

My question does not refer to a washing machine - but to an electric food chopper

You haven't given a make or model no. and Not know ing your location I can't advise on a supplier for a part but normally a replacement drive rubber should be available.

Dixie Chopper 2460 Magnum got done with mowing I noticed an error message on my small display panel saying "Oil Low" or "Change Oil." added enough oil to show full mower will not respond to starting.

Probably seizing up from running low on oil. And or the rings are worn out from low oil. These are splash fed so keeping oil level up is a must!!

Agitator is not turning and after a minute of running it will start to sqeel. Have cleaned out pump and hose running to pump. Did notice the motor is on a base and has some play in it, should it be...

Hello switchwitch, There several parts that could cause this problem. #1 a drive belt has weakened, #2 the Agitator bearings or cushions badly worn, #3 the motor may have rubber supports gone bad. As "Number 5" stated "More Input" , Please provide the model

Kitchen Aid Blender - blade not rotating

You will definitely need to change the clutch blade i.e. the black rubber rotating bit. Chaging it on the base unit may be difficult, I would check with your local Kitcheaid repairer for spare parts and repair advice.

Also check the clutch blade on the jug itself.

Dishwasher not starting

First I would check the chopper it maybe jammed or something blocking it...
1) remove wash arm holding the center and rotate the arm.
2) remove upper wash tube rotate to the right
3) remove screen screws to remove screen
4) pull up accumulator
5) reomve screw on chopper cover...
6) check chopper
7) if chopper clear .. you will need to replace motor

to replace motor
1) remove toe cover
2)remove drain pump
3) remove 3 hold tabs by sliding them out.
4) lift out accumulator base.
5 remove and replace motor.

Dishwasher Making Loud High Pitched Noise.

A loud high pitch whine while running the dishwasher means that there is something caught in the chopper assembly. To get to the chopper assembly you need to take the racks out and take the pump apart from the inside of the dishwasher. The chopper assembly looks like a metal grate with holes in it. And it might not even be stuck in the grate but somewhere in the pump area due to the water being pumped out, so the best idea is to take the whole thing apart and clean everywhere. However I do not recommend doing this unless you are completely certain you will remember where the screws and gaskets go, otherwise you risk damaging your pump or house from a leak or improper installation. You have been warned.
