    • Thanks Mckean,Bt My computer doesn't have place for the memory card.I was able to get the pictures from my camera via usb port last year. But my desktop crashed and I lost the driver/program for this camera.I loaded the driver from Aiptek's web site on two computers and both come's up "Camera failed to connect".Thanks again

Hey try plugging in the cord to the USB Prt on the Hard-Drive, if you are plugging it into the Monitor or vice-versa. I have the same camera, and I plug it into the monitor. If all else fails, take out the memory card and put it into a digital camera, or something like that and connect the camera.

TAKE OUT THE MEMORY CARD AND PUT IT INTO THE PC
