set the freezer side all the way up and back one / look for a tempt of 0 to 5 deg and the fresh food side 38 deg this is about 1/2 way up on dial like a 4 or 5 . .. you need to work with these as they use # not tempts . hope this helps mm feed back pls

My Maytag MBB2254GEQ is doing the same thing. The freezer is about the temp the refridgerator side should be. What should I do?

Check all coils for dirt and hair build up.
They can be cleaned with a soft brush and a vacuum.
Some are on the back of the fridge and some are on the bottom. Without proper air flow the heat cannot disapate very well. Check the vent holes inside the refridgerator side to see if something is in the way.
The freezer sends the cold air to the refridgerator through these vent holes.

its a defrost prob

change the thermostat as well as a technician if i see the heater is ok i change the thermostat and defrost timer together the thermostat  is iffy(if thats even a word) it works sometimes sometimes doesnt unless they obviously bursted but if they are in normal shape doesnt mean they work properly because of the fact that they work sometimes sometimes dont

my water dispencer has a low flow after an initial regular flow. why?

Pierce, there was a service bullitin put out on this model. TDR-0010A-B. Had to do with normal freezer, warm fresh food compartment. Maytag issued a kit that included a new thermostat and damper assy. to solve this problem. Bullitin came out in 2002. If you are not having a defrost issue and all fans are running normal, I would call Maytag and inquire about the above posted bullitin, It may be covered. Catriver...post back.
