Convergence line will not move to match cross hairs

i have apanasonic pt-51hx42 tvand I am havin trouble i try to set the green line and cannot get it to match up in the cross hairs (wont go left or right) as well as not getting all the crosses to match up. What parts do you reccomend starting with

the green line will not move. it is stationery and red and blue have to adjusted to it
