I have no idea what boxes you are talking about, but if you are getting a warning about heat--pay attention to is and unstack the boxes and get some ventilation where it's needed.
It is generally bad practice to stack electronic components--they generate heat and heat tends to make their operation flaky.
You could separate them and place a fan in the space to cool them.
