Question about Samsung SGH-t639 Cellular Phone
Try removing the battery and the SIM card while the phone is on the welcome screen. Replace the battery and attempt to power on the phone. If it still goes to the welcome screen, your phone may have to be reflashed. You may be able to reflash it with software found on your carrier's website, or visit a repair center to have it reprogrammed. Here is the link for samsung repair centers: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/repairlocation/serviceLocator.do?group=&type=&subtype=&model_nm=SGH-T639&dType=D&mType=UM&vType=R&prd_ia_cd=01010300&acc_ia_fl=&disp_nm=SGH-t639&menu=repairlocation
