    I just offered someone $50 if they could get this problem resolved for me. If this solution works, I am willing to send you the balance of the offer ($35).

    I am going to accept your answer to my problem, but what do I do if it does not work?

    I'm not sure if the solution works yet. When Igo in to the church tomorrow to check it out, I will let you know. Your reply sounds convincing.

    I will be glad to give you high ratings if this works!

Hi there,

Since your projector is HDTV compatible, I suggest you use an HDMI cable to connect your camcorder. Please note: Your camcorder is PAL system, so you need to set the video in format of your TV/LCD to PAL system.

Hi

You need to get into the menu on your projector to correct this. The usual steps are -

Access the OSD menu, select Image Control , select Flip Image , and then select Horizontal, Vertical , or Both until the image is displayed correctly.

These problems occur when the input on the projector associated with your camera has been set up for rear screen or ceiling mount operation.

This should resolve the issue. Please remember to rate my answer. Many Thanks.

    Hi Tom,

    I hope my fix sorted out your problem for you but in case there is any confusion for you when you enter the menu of your projector I wanted to leave this additional comment for you. I have already emailed customer support to pass this comment on to you as I could not get back into the thread after it had closed. However I have just discovered a way to do this and so wanted to leave the comment here for you as well.

    Your particular model of projector uses a different language for performing this procedure in its menu and I wanted you to have this information in case there was any confusion for you when you open the menu. The exact method for your particular projector is as follows;

    When you go into the Menu go to Settings - select System Menu - then check or uncheck the box as necessary relating to R (which stands for rear). This will correct the image that is projected.

    As you can see the language on your projector is quite different so I wanted to clarify that for you.

    Thank you also for your kind offer to forward the balance of your $50 ! You are very kind. I would be quite happy that you donate that amount to the charity of your choice should you choose to do so.

    I hope your problem is now sorted and thank you for using FixYa

    Kind Regards

    RixsFixes.
