How do you re-thread the harness adjustment strap - ours has accidently pulled through

Due to the safety implications of the harness being incorrectly re-fitted, in this instance the carseat needs to be sent to our engineers for full inspection & replacement of the harness. Following replacement of the harness, full safety checks will be carried out prior to the unit being dispatched back to you.

Are you a UK customer? If you are, please contact our customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. Standard charge will be £60 and this will include courier delivery service of the carseat back to your address, in addition you would need to make arrangements and cover costs for courier delivery of the product into our engineers.

Harness strap is broken. Where can I get replacement or repair service?

If the carseat is under 2 years old please return to your retailer with your proof of purchase and they will make arrangements for it to be returned to our engineers for full inspection & repair service. Following this and a full safety check the carseat will be returned.

If your carseat is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase please contact our customer service department on 01284 413141 (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) to make arrangements for a chargeable repair. Standard charge is £50 and this includes courier delivery service back to your address. In addition to this you would need to make arrangements & cover costs for courier delivery of the carseat into our engineers.

Due to safety implications of incorrect fitting a replacement harness must always be fitted by our specialist engineers and cannot be dispatched out for customers to fit themselves.

TOOK THE STRAPS OFF TO WASH THEM AND AM NOT SURE HOW THEY GO BACK ON

Have you removed the harness from the carseat? This is unfortunately not something you should do even to clean them, as if they are re-fitted incorrectly it can cause safety implications.

Please check to the store where she ordered and get the delivery receipt number because that will be your reference. If they use a courier ask them what courier and when they deliver. After knowing the courier call the courier if they receive such information about the delivery.
