Due to the safety implications of the harness being incorrectly re-fitted, in this instance the carseat needs to be sent to our engineers for full inspection & replacement of the harness. Following replacement of the harness, full safety checks will be carried out prior to the unit being dispatched back to you.

Standard charge will be £60 and this will include courier delivery service of the carseat back to your address, in addition you would need to make arrangements and cover costs for courier delivery of the product into our engineers.
