DvD Player will not play disc

We have the RCA Dual portable DVD player model DRC69702 for our car. It was working no problem but after leaving it in the car for 1 week the Disc will not play. It spins and spins but won't play. We did get it to work for the previews of a movie but it showed an error message "disc not available". We just bought these from ebay about 3 months with no warranty or maual.
