Want to replace the radio in my 06 jeep grand cherokee and cant figure out how to get the dash apart. I just don't want to tear it up
Likely it's not much different than ones just a bit older...remove the bottom panel and any screws along the bottom of the plastic dash face plate. The top is held on with clips and it should pull out, exposing the radio mounts. Go from there. They make a face plate adapter for the radio and a harness extension to help with wiring, available where they sell aftermarket radios.
