If you want to amplify the sound you will probably need an adapter. You will use the audio output jack on your computer to an input jack on your receiver. There are usually several different inputs on a receiver but most use RCA phono plugs. The best choice input jack one the receiver is the one that says "AUX". You can buy the adapter cord at any Radio Shack. You will need to be sure to ask for a 1/8 inch stereo phone plug to two RCA phono plugs. This will split the stereo signal into left and right channels for your receiver.

This may be a pretty difficult task - since it is very small and looks similar to the AM antenna jack. We might think we have found the FM plug, but when fitting to the radio, learn that it is really the AM plug.
You may do better contacting Acoustic Research to obtain an FM antenna replacement via their customer support webpage. The product information page devoted to your ARS2I lists no accessories available. You can freely view / download the manual for the ARS2I here if you need a copy.
