Possible that the LCD is faulty or the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

The menu button does not work

this is a common problem in nokia 7610 so it s better u change the key pad circuit !!!!!

Due to rain, in mobile phone nokia 7610, only text & numbers of keypad not working, as cursor is absent. But, calculator is working.


it ssems that the inside part of the moblie are wet.
you need to bring it to a service center to open it for you and let them dry.

but i advice for you now that dont use until it is still un fix to prevent any short circuit that may occur of the parts in the board.

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

there can be many reasons for this problem as it could due to humidity problem-----or due to weak battery or due to any of the component on the circuit getting over heated after some appropriate needs to be checked before  replacing or reparing any of this parts.

vibrator is connected to circuit board smtime the power supply track didnt work so open ur phone and see the vibrator and brush it using eraser and it will work
