Question about Maytag LSE7806A Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
Most recent problem: After the top load washer fills up with water when it is first started, the motor starts to spin instead of agitating, throwing water out of the top (through the gap between the drum and the metal housing) of the washing machine. I have been watching this for sometime now and it is independent of the various washing cycles (regular, knits, perm press). It's okay to spin as long as the water is draining like in the rinse/spin cycle at the end of the wash because the water is draining. And there is a little period of agitation during the rinse cycle.
Also, how much of a turn should the agitator turn?
