What exactly is the problem that you are experiencing with this tv?

Have you found any other bad caps with their heads swelling? If so
replace those. I would also try replacing the entire power supply as
that is usually the main issue with this problem. Is the tv light on
front blinking at all? If so, could you please count the number of
times that it blinks as this indicates an error code. Let me know how
this turns out.
2-3 error code is horizontal deflection. Mainly check the horizontal output transistor with this code.

As I was saying Its a Mitsu ws-65315 and it was sthuting off after I turn it on. I replaced the 4 1000 uf caps and it is still doing the same thing. Is there another solution?
