Question about Televison & Video
Have you found any other bad caps with their heads swelling? If so replace those. I would also try replacing the entire power supply as that is usually the main issue with this problem. Is the tv light on front blinking at all? If so, could you please count the number of times that it blinks as this indicates an error code. Let me know how this turns out.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
