Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
HI, this is a power board malfunction in this case. the cooling fan is directly connected to the power supply board and, this is a good indicator of a weak and, failed power sector in this case. If the fan only cycles for a couple of seconds then, shuts off. this will confirm a weak state within the power sector of your unit. several components have failed on the power board.
I recommend replacing the power supply board asap, if possible.
