Question about Compaq tc1100 Tablet PC
I have a HP tx2110us tablet pc. When I turn my PC on, I see all the lights getting turned ON and also can hear the fan sound. But, no bios screen. The PC remains in blank screen for hours. When I restart it using the power button, it repeats in same blank screen. When I try several times suddenly, the system starts successfully with BIOS screen and it works fine. I tried re-installing OS, changed RAM, updated BIOS software, also tried with dual OS. Also I ran HP help and support to identify the issue. But nothing was detected. When I tried with HP and Bestbuy service centers they were unable to troubleshoot the exact problem. Can anyone suggest me a solution for this?
The problem is with the lcd screen. Hp has used the cheapest lid switches available in the market.
Therefore it offers a two yr extended warranty to all its customers. refer to the hp website or call its helpline
