Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
Ive just bought a new MP600. Printed about 50 sheets over the last month. Now when it goes to pull the paper in, it goes in all squint and ends up ripping the paper. Cant seem to see anything wrong, but cant fix it either..! Help...
I had a similar problem; paper would go sideways when it was trying to pull it through. I looked into the paper slot with a mirror and found a mini-blind clip had fallen into the printer. I tipped the printer over and shook it out and it worked fine.

Tips for a great answer:
Happend twice to me. What sometimes happens is that the paper roll was not changed at the time the ink was. Therefore the paper roll was allowed to remain in the printer until the very last sheet. On the last sheet there is a sticker that says paper out. (stupid idea) This sticker makes the last sheet of paper too thick to fit through the last paper guide / feed. Because of this, the ink film breaks and that specific error message is displayed until that last piece of 4x6 is pulled from the paper feed. Clear that out, and all is good.. Change the paper every time u change the ink.
