There the pressure regulator between the 2 guages needs turned up. it may be a locking type if so pull out or push it in and turn it, if that doesnot work the regulator may need to be replaced.

How do I increase the pressure on my Flotec FP711OT-08. It is low 40s psi, can I move it up to 50 psi or high 50 psi? Water pressure throughout the house is low.

There may be a pressure setting on your outfit but My feeling is -- your problem will be low pressure on your water line. Most pressure settings is to keep from having too much pressure on what your running. For instance our city water pressure is 70 lbs but in order to keep my furnace boiler system at 16 lbs I have to install a pressure reducer.

Where does the Oil pressure needle supposed to be ?

{: ) The oil pressure range for the 8.1L L18 engine should be 34-483 kPa (5-70 psi). For other engine applications, the pressure would be at 207-483 kPa (30-70 psi).

I replaced the compressor on my refrigerator. There were no tags as to how much freon the system takes. So I added enough to bring the low side to 72 psi w/ a cabinet temp of 70 degrees. The high side...

**** boy. 72 psi on the low side? It ain't an air conditioner. The low side should be never over 5 PSI. The whole system holds only arounf 4 ounces. What were ya thankin? LOL WOW you will be lucky if the reed valves ain't blown in the new compressor. Go ahead and evacuate the system. Pull that ****** down to as close to negative 30 as you can and then shut her down. Just crack open the freon a hair and let it SLOWL:Y build to no more than 5PSI on the low side.

Can it be used to run spray can of psi 0f 70

you have to have a pressure regulator on it that drops the oulet pressure to 70 psi while the tank press is 120 psi or more. your can regulate the pressure you need up or down as needed.

Pressure in the tank only builds to 30 psi

Bad check valve. But I would check the regulator, by turning it down to about 10 PSI and running it and see if it builds again, if that works then it is the check valve. But from what you are saying I would replace the check valve anyways.

Sputering so i check fuel rail some gas doesnt want to idle occasionally will start and run then looses pressure and stall

Fill the tank to over 1/2 tank and add Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner

Do a fuel pressure test at the fuel rail.

The PSI should be 55-70 psi (or check the sticker under the hood)

Test fuel pump relay.

Check oil level and oil pressure. Low oil pressure, low oil pressure reading can stop the fuel pump from ran. It's a build in safety feature.

If it start and ran better the add only bottle of RED Iso-heat dry rule out water in fuel.

My bet is a weak fuel pump.

Fuel pump with over 110,000 miles will like to fail in a HOT day.
