How can I stop restless;leg,symytpoms so I can get sone sieep

Restless leg syndrome, from what I have heard, usually keeps the sufferer's partner awake more than the sufferer.

I know virtually nothing about the condition but google has an extensive supply of references providing information and remedies. Other sources are your local herbalist, pharmacist and apothecary, your family doctor or general practitioner.
