Question about Heating & Cooling
The temperatures usually experienced from a correctly operating central system are in the 55 degree range at the closest supply register, the difference between the air entering the return and the air at the closest supply vent should be 15-20 degrees. if this is not the case then the unit may have airflow problems, charge problems, or being new, may have metering device issues.
