Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

I suppose you have interchanged the jacks of keyboard and mouse.Try connecting opposite to the way what it is presently in and it should work

may be your keyboard or the port on which keybord is connected is out of order.just repair it or buy another one.

The keyboard does!t work

remove the connections and reinsert them also uninstall and then connect and reinstall keyboard.

New keyboard

Go to Control Panel and click on the SOUNDS icon. Then open the Audio Tab and select from the speaker drop down, the sound card installed in your computer. It then should work properly.
