Clear up as much internal memory as you can. Put apps onto SD Card. Clear the miscellaneous files completely and clear all the cached data. That should do it.
I would highly recommend an SD card. If you don't need it for the extra storage then emulate it with your unit will increase ram speeding up your system
sometimes it is not in photos,, it can be in removable storage or storage..there maybe a settings pull down once you get to removable storage.. are you sure you moved all photos from the old phone to the sd card before you transferred it to the galaxy? Does you galaxy phone have enough internal memory to store all photos from sd card>
Try formating your sd card in your cell phone ,,,in the settings menu,,,should be options for that,,,if not stick it in your cpu that has a card reader ,,format,,return it to ur cell,,should be good,,good luck
Connect the supplied USB cable from your cell phone to theUSB port on your computer. The computer will see the cell phone as an external storage device or anexternal mass storage device, you can then open the video folder on your cellphone and copy the videos to your computer.
An alternate method is to remove the micro SD memory cardfrom the cell phone and insert it into an USB card reader then connect it tothe USB port on your computer. You canthen open the video folder on the micro SD memory card and copy the videos toyour computer.
