Hello, I have a GSP unit Route 66 Chicago 7000. There are no maps available any more, It there a way how to load any updates maps into the unit? Thank you. Kentucky4

The map update is available from Panasonc for $150, it is advertised for $300. But when you call to order it they will tell you it's $150, and it with come with a disk and SD Card. Just Follow the instructions to do the update, this update will also apply to the iPod video problem too. The number is 1-800-405-0652 and tell them you need to purchase CA-MAHD08U.

i have tried this and its saying my memory card has write protector is on you got any ideas

Try that out. Unfortunately, they also charge for their map updates.
