I assume you mean one of the anti-vibration rubbers. Look inside it to see if it has a T27 star shaped screw head. If it has undo the screw. If not then it is the push fit type that literally pushes in and out of the hole.

you have to take the top cover off of the engine and then remove the tab that holds the bushing in place alongside the engine. if you just start prying on the plastic plug from the outside of the handle you will damage the retainer. that holds it in place. If you have already done this, there is a solution.

If you have a decent library close by, see if they have a Intertec chainsaw service manual. Then copy the pages you need. OR order one, they are about $30 and cover a variety of saws.
