How do I change the time on my 2010 Renault Clio the dynamique tom tom ?
I have followed manual but the buttons on right hand side stalk under steering wheel seem only to alter functions like fuel consumption, average speed, trip etc. The time does not flash as described.
Thanks Nicola. I am new to sat nav and was thinking that must be the next step. I will give it a try and post my results. Herbert FairleyThanks Nicola. I am new to sat nav and was thinking that must be the next step. I will give it a try and post my results. Herbert Fairley
Finally got around to getting to grips with the sat nav. I read the instructions, found "Preferences" and just by trial and error eventually found "clock" and carried out the simple steps to adjust the time. Thanks Nicola. Now I might even experiment and use the destination features ! HerbertFinally got around to getting to grips with the sat nav. Hi
have a look inside where the bulb fits in to the cluster it may need rubbing with a bit of sand paper or lightly scraping with a flat screwdriver as the electrodes turn green after time where the bulb makes connection to the cluster
Hope this helps Nick
I had a problem where my key fob did not lock or unlock the car, Renault Clio Dynamique, but the central locking button in the car did still work and engine turned over fine. Changed the key fob battery still nothing. Read online about disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery, (negative only) and hey presto it worked! All working fine now!
Earlier i posted a question requesting how to switch off the service light on my Renault Clio, i have found an answer to thios, as follows. How do you reset the service indicator light 2007 renault clio?
Turn on the ignition, but don't start the car. On the right stalk there is a toggle switch that hinges up and down, and is used for going through the different features of the display. When the display shows 'Service Due' press and hold the top part of this switch for 10 seconds until the dispaly resets and it shows 30,000km or whatever until next service. all of the above is correct apart from pressing the toggle button. if you instead press the bottom toggle button for 10 seconds the display will start to flash. Keep button depressed and 5 seconds later the service counter will reset. I know this works as i have just done it myself, I hope this will help many others .
