What do nor, cen, and sou stand for in timer program? This is a Woods digital timer

Sometimes these import timers have several different manuals because they are made to specific order by the manufacturer for the seller.
The seller might buy 10,000 units, and then the next order, the timer has been changed to fix a glitch or add feature or to reduce quality.

The only TM 020 timer I show is 230Volt 50 hz Chinese analog-type timer. This timer is not digital.

Over past 2 years, I have requested several times that person asking question about TM 020 please include full description of timer buttons and relevant features, and/or post photo of timer on flickr and add link to that photo, so the timer can be clearly identified and possible manual found using timer with same-similar features.

Programmable thermostats and timers require program to be entered using keypad
Program 1, with ON or OFF displaying somewhere on screen
Program 2
Program 3
Each program needs ON time, and OFF time, and day(s)-of-operation selection.

I have extensive files on timers, but nothing showing TM-020, TM 020, TM 20, TM2 TM-2 etc.
TM prefix is used by Woods, First Alert, Buffalo, Hydrofarm, Steyele, Utilitec and Westek.

The Nordik TM-065 timer looks similar to Woods/Noma N1506

Plug timer into outdoor receptacle.
Press Time button until correct time displays.
Dot on display is for pm hours
Nordik appears to be on the 24 hour clock instead of am-pm

Set operation of timer by pressing Mode button.
P flashes for program mode.
Press time button until starting time displays.
Press Mode again and E flashes.
Press time button until finish time displays
Press Mode button to exit programming.

Woods timers go by more than 1 number and are repackaged and sold under different brands >> a few older Woods timers and promotional timers don't have manual on line.

I cannot find TM 020.
TM is a Woods timer prefix.
Many Woods timers have more than 1 number depending on who packaged and sold timer.
You might be able to recognize timer from the photos shown on link below.
