Question about HP ScanJet 2400 Flatbed Scanner
This is unfortunately a common problem with the scanjets. The common fix is to run a system file check (if you're running XP go to Start=>Run=> type "sfc.exe) you need to have your XP install cd just in case errors are found and your dllcache doesn't have a good copy. Then go to the HP site (here is the URL:
Download the latest driver for your particular operating system. Then install them. That should take care of the problem. Good luck and I hope this works out for you.
