Problem for Jenn-Air JFC2087HRP Side by Side Refrigerator
Freezer is not working. Compressor keeps kicking on ever few minutes
I have a two year old JFC2087HRP that has stopped freezing. I opened it yesterday and the ice was melting and the food was thawing. I emptied the ice, turned off the ice maker and turned up the freezer level to 6. This morning the food was still thawing.
What is the most likely cause and what should I expect to pay? A service man can not come out until tomorrow afternoon. Pam
