SGH-D900 is not a Smartphone. So you need to use the J2ME version fo Nimbuzz. According to Nimbuzz this phone is supported (Here)
If it's not working most likely due to the Java issues. You may try restarting the device and try installing again. (I guess you may have tried this) if it's still not working then perhaps the best way would be doing a hard reset of the phone. But note that this will wipe all your data and makes the phone in to factory settings.
Basically it sounds to me that the main FPCB is faulty.
How old is your handset?
