This is most probably caused by an interruption of connectivity, from you connecting to yahoo's servers or yahoo connecting back to you. Try hitting refresh button (F5) a couple of times until the data is shown.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

How to switch back to clasic yahoo mail

From May 31st, you can no longer switch, Yahoo has removed the links to return to the classic format. If you have moved over to the new version of Yahoo Mail there is no link available anymore to move back to Classic, but you can get back to Classic as described below.

Log out of your email

Depending on what service you are using follow the instructions below to disable what is shown. After you disable it log back in to your email. Beta will not be available anymore due to what has been disabled. At this time you will be given an option of going back to Classic Mail. Once you are back in don't forgot to follow the same steps and turn them back on.

IE: Click on TOOLS....INTERNET OPTIONS....SECURITY. Once in click on CUSTOM LEVEL and disable ACTIVE SCRIPTING located under SCRIPTING. There are many listings under Custom Level and this one is located down near the end. Click on OK.

Firefox
Click on TOOLS....OPTIONS...CONTENT...Once in click on ENABLE JAVASCRIPT to remove the check mark in the box to the left of it. Click Ok.

Give me back old yahoo mail

Good Day Joan!

Here's a way to return back to Classic Yahoo Mail.

Change first the display settings of your desktop. Change it to lower resolution. 800 x 600 is recommended.

1. Click the "Start" button on the bottom left of your computer to display the Start menu. Choose the "Control Panel" option from the right side of the Start menu. The "Control Panel" window will open onto your desktop.

2. Double-click the "Display" icon from the Control Panel to open the "Display Properties" dialog box. You can then select the "Settings" tab from the top of the dialog box.

3. Slide the bar under the "Screen resolution" setting of the "Display Properties" dialog box to decrease the screen resolution. Choose 800 x 600.

4. Click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the "Display Properties" dialog box to apply the settings.

5. Choose the "OK" button. The "Display Properties" dialog box will close and the settings will be saved.

REMEMBER: All icons and display image of your desktop will get bigger.

Next, open your internet browser and log in to your Yahoo mail Account.
The New Yahoo Mail does not support lower resolution of display setting. So it will ask you to switch back to Classic Yahoo Mail.
You will find the two links to switch back to Classic Yahoo Mail on the lower right portion of the page.
Click it.
The next time you open your Yahoo Mail, it's in classic mode.

You can return to your original display setting of desktop once the switching was successful.

Enjoy the old Yahoo Mail.

I want to go back to yahoo classic

Hello there,

There is an option to use the Yahoo! Classic mail.

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-22.html

To switch from the All-New Yahoo! Mail to Yahoo! Mail Classic, in the upper-right portion of the All-New Yahoo! Mail screen, from the Options menu, select Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.

A dialog box might appear asking for feedback. If it does, you can follow any links or check any boxes in the dialog box. To continue returning to Yahoo! Mail Classic, click Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.

Opens BLANK-WHITE PAGE in yahoo mail NO MATTER w/brower or OS!

I've had the same problem as mikeforma. My problem had to do with the the All New Yahoo mail. When I went back to Yahoo Classic the problem went away.

Here's how I fixed it.
(1) Sign into Yahoo.
(2) Click Yahoo mail.
(3) At the 'blank screen' , copy an paste this url:
http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s…
<then press enter>
(4) Say YES to opt out of the All New Yahoo mail.

Hopefully it should work for anyone having similar problems. It did for me.

I found the solution here:
