I have a Kenmore top load washing machine. I just did a load and it was fine. I went to start a new load and turned on the washer; the agitator starts but there is no water coming in. As the agitator moves, I hear bits of water go up the OUT pipe. It's almost like the last load was interrupted and it is resuming its cycle, but as I said, the last one washed, rinsed and spun just fine.

It was the sensor in the back. My husband moved the machine about a half inch back towards the hose. Apparently when I was sweeping up behind the washed I must have moved the machine away from the hose a bit.

    Thank you for your response!

Try checking the inlet filters then dig to intake valves to make sore those are operating, next step would be the pressure sensor...

My Sear Kenmore washing macbine will barely agitate when using the full size load. It barely moves, but on small or medium loads it works fine. What seems to be my problem?\r\nModel #110.26292692 SN#...

Take and turn the agitator by hand. It should only turn one way. If the agitator will turn freely either way, then you will need to replace the "agitator dogs" that go in the top of the agitator. Take a look at this video.

Kenmore 70 series 110 washer won't drain or spin, but agitates

You have a broken lid switch. Check to see if the switch is broken off of the two screws that hold it under the lid. If it is, get a new one, take off the case and replace old switch with the new one.
