one of the wheels will have an adjustment that aligns the wheel correctly
bands/belts always run to the highest point so one of the wheels is not true and presenting a high point causing the blade to run off
Make sure you clean the knob adjustments on your bandsaw. Sawdust buildup would cause stiffness of the knobs. Look for a manual online and follow the instructions on installing band saw blade.
For your Eurasia band saw? Nah, I can't find any site that I may refer to you. I purchased my stuff on bandsawparts.com . When was your band saw manufactured?
Sounds like your tracking screw needs adjustment, located right beside the knob used for tightening after adjusting the tension on the blade. Allen wrench required. Turning right pushes out and turning left pulls it in. A little is a lot when adjusting this screw. Always turn the blade in the same direction as the cut while adjusting.
There are several steps to follow in changing/replacing the drive belt. You need to loosen/remove the drive wheel so you can replace the belt on the saw. Then you need to check and make adjustments on the tension on the belt. But it would be best if you can check the operator's manual for the saw.
I have a 10" grizzly band saw and
installed 10 inch tires on it. No problem with it's tightness. Most industry
standard tires today are 6, 8, 10, 12 inches...so a 10 inch tire on a 10 inch
metal band saw wheel should have no problem at all. The quality of the tires
should be one of your top priorities. That's why I always go for a reputable
supplier. Check it out: http://bandsawparts.com.
