Happened to me
the charger for lg phones only go in partially, and if u push it in to far, it knocks down some pins inside, so the phone won't charge

went to the store, and they were able to move my pictures, but i lost all my contacts.
Just take it to a verizon store that's what i did
i got a new one for free, but now my new one is randomly turning off, despite my precautions with the charger this time :(

Check your firmware version. Settings and Tools > Phone Info > SW/HW Version and check the SW Version.
The resetting itself problem appears to be an issue with VX11KV04. The previous version doesn't have those problems (I have the issues, but my fiance doesn't with his. His phone is on version 3, mine is on 4. A bit of searching on the verizon forums confirms that others are having the same issues with this firmware version.
yes... i have one currently and my okay button only works when it wants to which really sucks. I love verizon but hate alot of their phones this is my second one of these in one year. mine hasnt cracked but the okay button has to be pressed really hard to work.
I had the same issue, but knowing some things about computers, I took the battery out for about 3 minutes or so to let the phone lose any charge it had. Then I put the battery back in, held the send button in for a minute then pushed the power button and it turned back on fine.
