Touchscreen problem i cant use the touchscreen of k850i its stucked

HI friend this thing normally comes up when there is slight loose connection between the touchscreen pad and the monitor.

Here is what you can do,you can take this cellphone to the nearest Sony care and get this touchpad replaced. And if your cellphone is still under warranty period it will be done completely free or otherwise it will be done at very minimal cost.
This will surely solve your issue!!!

Hi, what format is the video? I'm using .mp4 and it works fine (had K850i & W910i).

Not very mate, we repair a lot of these every week... Touchscreen portion of the display goes as well as the whole screen. The lens is glued onto the LCD because of that if you crack the lens you usually also end up having to replace the screen too... Has a few software bugs too, other than that its very fat and ugly, lol

If your mobile is in warranty then don't waist time submit to Sony Ericsson shop from where you have bought it.

do not worry being a technoholic just remove the pannel off rmove the sim and battery get into the screen and keep it warm for some time it would deffinetly work this would have arose because of the falling of your cell phone
