Unable to Collate with MS Word 2003

We are unable to collate only from HP Laserjet 3700 printer (all other printers are ok). Workstation has HP driver HP37006.GPD 3.1.2007 installed. Another workstation with older driver (HP37006.GPD 2.10.2004) collates just fine. I can find no other differences in setup other than drivers so far. Both systems are running same MS XP-SP2. Do I need to switch to older driver?
