I put the cd in and installed it I thought . I felt I had not put it in right so uninstalled it. Then I put it in again and now I get installed and o% on it and I can't get it off. Please help me as I have an 8 yr old grandson in Ar with a brain tumor. I'm not very good at this. Thanks

I'm So Sorry about your Grandson. && I'm not very good with this either.
Possibly, Un install everything. Then put in the disk.
& Before you click finsh remove the disk.
