Question about Whirlpool Dryers
We have an LGR4634JQ0 gas dryer. The dryer won't heat and the timed dry does advance but the more dry does not. It looks like the igniter starts to glow but then goes out. The vent was a little clogged and we cleaned everything out but it still does not work. Please help.
Sounds like the coils (both come in 1 pkg ) at least 1 is open . The ignitor glows causing the radiant sensor to open which in turn opens the solenoids which lets the burner lite . OR a BIG OR the thermal fuse (slim white piece with 2 wires attached ) could be bad , This piece is on the blower box . This is probably your problem . Pt # 3392519
