It is a 13 year old phone so it may just be worn out. You can try a hard reset but it may be the display that has failed. The vibration is telling you that it is booting up. First try removing the battery for 5 minutes and put it back in.

Hi There,
Assuming you are locked out of your phone, follow the steps in the link below to reset your phone. Beware though, your data will be lost/deleted by doing this. Hopefully you had your phone setup to sync your data to your google account, if you had then most or all your data will be restored once you sign back into your google account. Also you will need the google account details the phone was setup with in order to complete the restore. The only way you will not need this information is if the phone was not setup/linked to a google account.
