HOW DO I GET MY TRUNBALE TO WORK FOR THE EXCALIBUR 4-IN-1 MUSIC PLAYER.iT IS NEW AND HAVING PROBLEM SETING UP

I am not familiar with this unit. However, I can't imagine getting the turntable to play is all that difficult. If the unit is new, did it not come with instructions? If you followed the instructions, and the turntable still does not play, it might be faulty. If this is the case, I would say return it or exchange it.
