SOURCE: sandwich prep refrigerator too warm.

It sounds as though you have a clogged capillary tube, cannot be sure without suction and liquid line pressures and temps but if you can, ask the tech if the suction pressure seemed to be low, if so, replace the capillary tube with the proper length and diameter tube, replace the liquid line dryer and pull a GOOD vacuum on the system and recharge it, refering to the rating plate for the proper amount and type of refrigerant.

Coils freeze

Either your coil is blocked with paper or wrap, or you have a refrigerant leak in the coil and the little bit of gas that's left is flashing as it enters the coil. Make sure that the cooling coil and condenser is clear and the fans are running. That's all you can do without refrigeration tools. Good luck and hope this helps

I have a Randell 5ft Pizza Prep table that's not working correctly and was wondering if someone might be able to help me? The top rail is cooling like it should but the bottom storage area is NOT cooling...

This unit uses Thermostat/Solenoid Valve Combination's to control the temperature

1. Rail 2. Bottom Storage

The way it works is the thermostat senses the need for cooling and energizes the solenoid valve. This allows refrigerant flow which cools the area it is controlling. Once the thermostat is satisfied the contacts open and the solenoid is de-energized closing the valve. If the solenoid is bad, the valve remains closed, no refrigerant flow, warm unit.

Test the solenoid coil (two wires) to see if voltage is present either with a volt meter, or remove the coil off the valve and place a screwdriver (insulated) through the coil hole and you should feel the pull like an electro-magnet (what a coil is).

Why is there water pooling in my sandwich make up table? My reach in cooler, also?

During the cooling/freezing cycle condensation forms, this drips into a pan and then is evaporated by a heating element.
One of two things could be wrong.....
Your drip pan is clogged
or
your evaporator unit is bad

Hope this helps
