Question about Kodak ESP 5 Printer
I have the ESP7 Kodak all-in-one printer. I loaded the software that came with the printer. Put the ink in, I did exactly as instructed to do. I even printed papers and some pictures. I have been using this printer for 2 months.It is my second one from Best Buys after returning the other Kodak printer 2 days old. The first one started doing the samething.I took it back. I came in this morning and my computer is giving me an error of "No Kodak printer detected, check to see if turned on or connected". IT"S ON and CONNECTED!! And I thought it may be the drivers or it just needs an upgrade, (tried that) it told me"Upgrade version does not match media version." It was for the ESP7 printer. It is sitting here NOT working, but is on. My computer even told me it's not responding, duh...HELP!
Call kodak @ 1800 421 6699. they will fix ur problem. if nbot,they will replace ur printer or may be software issue with ur printer they will assist u better as this issue cannot be solved orally or by chat
