Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-36FS120 36" TV
MY BOYFRIEND WORKS FOR A MOVING COMPANY AND ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS GAVE HIM A SONY TRINITRON BECAUSE THERE IS A GREEN SHADE ON THE LEFT SIDE LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE RESULT OF MAGNET NOT A EXPERT BUT I HAVE HEARD HAT CAN CAUSE A COLOR ISSUE CAN THIS BE FIXED OR IS IT WORTH IT THE TV IS A VERY NICE SIZE AND HE WAS TO EXCITED ABOUT BUT
Any TV repair center should be able to run a degauss coil over the unit and see if it's caused by the tube being magnetized. If that doesn't fix the issue then they can install magnets on the outside of the tube to clear that green shading issue.
